DHA Phase 13 Lahore Claimed

DHA Phase 13 Lahore is in the final stage of completion. In 2007, it was planned that DHA City Lahore would be built as an amazing residential project spread over 25,000 Kanals.

It would have been a joint venture of DHA EME and Globaco (Pvt) Limited, also known as Elysium Holdings. However, the CEO of Globaco (Pvt) Limited, Hammad Arshad, failed to fulfil the agreement to provide land for the project. The company collected PKR 16.942 from the public but failed to acquire the land and issue allotment letters.

As a result of not fulfilling the agreement to provide the land to the DHA, the matter was taken into court and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The court declared Globaco (Pvt) Limited’s CEO guilty of corruption and announced that the whole project would be handed over to DHA Lahore.

DHA Lahore administration decided to launch the formerly known DHA City Lahore as a new phase of the housing society; DHA Phase 13 Lahore.
